Claire has over 15 years of experience working in East London Primary Schools. With a focus on collaboration, Claire believes in developing the real life skills and knowledge of all children, ensuring that each learner is supported and challenged to achieve their best.  Sharing good practice is a cornerstone of Claire's approach, as is fostering a drive in students to make a positive difference in the world and become lifelong learners. Additionally, Claire has a passion for developing adults, helping others enhance their skills and effectiveness. With a background as a Deputy Headteacher since 2016, Claire brings a wealth of experience, a commitment to motivate and a passion for nurturing the potential of every individual - staff and children alike.
